Responsibilities • Troubleshoot, maintain, service, and repair residential solar systems and associated equipment. • Interact with customers and coworkers at a professional level, ability to work both independently and as a team. • Calibrate and coordinate equipment according to specifications. • Provide complete documentation and reports upon each assigned job, uploaded into our CRM for attachment to customer file. • Perform field service projects while maintaining safety standards at all times. • Carry out on site both ground mount or roof cause analysis on system failures. • Electronic monitoring set-up. • Module cleaning.
