Job description ES Solar is currently in need of several experienced and skilled Installation Technicians to join our team. We are looking for new Team Members who are problem solvers, works well with others, provides good customer service, and good communication with both office staff and customers. Responsibilities and Duties: • Assess the job site, identify any potential hazards • Layout mounting equipment for solar panels • Install, inspect, maintain, and repair solar Photovoltaic(PV) Systems. • Assist in Install of solar equipment on roof: Panels, Racking, Batteries, and any other equipment necessary. • Attach and weatherproof the Solar installation in accordance with local safety regulations and the specifications of the manufacturer. Qualifications & Skills: • Able to work well on a team. • Capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance. • Must be comfortable on a roof for extended periods of time. • General Labor • Power tool experience • Ability to communicate with others • Previous experience in the Solar industry is not required, but highly considered. • Good customer service, attention to detail and a strong work ethic to. • Clean Driving Record • Must have own transportation to office Hours: Monday - Friday but must be willing to work occasional Saturdays as needed. Travel positions available with Per diem.
