We are currently hiring a part-time installer (20 -30 hr/w) to join our great team in Saint George, UT. Solar, roofing, or general construction experience is preferred. We offer a challenging and a fast-paced environment where the crew supports the team to get the job done. In the role, the Installer will be responsible for: • The installation of solar PV systems - Layout and structural mounting of raking, modules and electrical equipment • Quality control of solar installations • Provide ongoing support and feedback to the Crew, Crew Lead, and Electrician to ensure safe and on-time completion of the solar system • Ensure Excellent Customer Satisfaction • Follow safe work practices • Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: • 1 year of Solar, roofing, or general construction experience is preferred. • Valid Driving License • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, willing to be on your feet for long periods of time and ascend and descend ladders • Able to work outdoors in various outdoor climate conditions, extreme heat, cold, wet • Travel to various locations is mandatory. • Promote a positive image of BPS to the customer and community We look forward to meeting you! Job description We are looking for a well experienced solar professional to build around for a new office down south. New Star Solar has been in business since 2015 and we are looking to expand to the southern Utah Market! The right fit is a great problem solver, a leader and a high producer. Prior in person solar sales experience is required for this position but, prior Management experience isn't required. The correct candidate must: • Be willing to knock doors and lead a team in the field. • Candidate must be a team player and see others success as their own • Candidate needs to encourage and promote team/company culture • Individuals will be expected to show promise in the production of their own leads and sales along with providing others with others to complete their sales and goals.
