Experience • Required Proven experience Management Experience in Solar Sales. • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. • Familiarity with outside sales strategies, including door-to-door techniques. • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems is advantageous but not required. Solar Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Solar Project Coordinator to support our Ambia Solar team. The coordinator will have a crucial role in communicating with sales reps, customers, and our dealers. This person will work closely with an Installation Manager. Responsibilities: • Gather data to support constructive feedback for design and installation teams • Coordinate and manage the installation schedule for solar projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding installation timelines and logistics. • Assign installation teams to projects based on skill sets, availability, and project requirements. • Provide clear communication to clients, sales representatives, and installation teams to confirm schedules and address any conflicts or changes. • Work closely with sales, design, and procurement teams to ensure smooth project handovers and readiness for installation. • Maintain detailed records of all scheduling activities, client communications, and project statuses. • Address and quickly resolve scheduling conflicts, material issues, delays, or other issues that may arise during the installation process. Requirements & Qualifications: • Relevant past coordinator roles include: Designer, Installer, Permit Coordinator, Inspection Coordinator, customer service representative. • Passionate about Solar technology and an evolving industry.
