If this describes you — we want to review your application. About This Position: SPARTA representatives serve as the initial face of our brand and mission. Their primary role is to introduce our Solar Solutions to Residential Homeowners through direct engagement. These homeowners begin as prospects and conclude the interaction as connections and potential customers. Our approach is straightforward: we visit their home, establish rapport and interest, and inform and educate them about the ongoing challenges of relying on an unreliable power grid for their energy needs. What we're NOT about? Traditional door-to-door sales. Our maximum goal with customers is to generate interest and schedule appointments for them to explore enrollment with an experienced consultant. Your belief and determination will drive your success in converting these initial contacts into satisfied customers. What We're Looking For: • Must be confident approaching residential neighborhoods to schedule qualified Solar consultations with property owners • Must be capable of walking several miles daily while making direct contact with prospective clients • No prior sales background necessary! We encourage entry-level candidates to apply! Sales experience is a plus but not required • Must maintain a full-time commitment (minimum 30 hours weekly).
