Let's Talk about the Role:Representatives of SPARTA are the first impression of our brand and what we stand for. Their first function is to evangelize our Solar Solution to Residential Homeowners at their doorstep. These homeowners start as strangers, and leave the interaction as friends and potential clients. Our objective is simple: we knock on their door, build trust and curiosity, and teach and educate them on the current risks of continuing to source their energy from an unstable power grid. What are we NOT doing? Selling door-to-door. The most we can do for the customer is pique interest and set an appointment for them to make the decision to enroll with a seasoned consultant. Your conviction and persistence will fuel your ability to take these cold contacts and convert them into happy customers.Requirements:- Must be comfortable canvassing residential neighborhoods to set qualified Solar appointments with homeowners.- Must be able to walk a few miles at a time per day as you make cold contact with potential clients.- No previous sales experience required! Entry-level talent encouraged to apply! Sales experience is a cherry-on-top.- Must be able to work a full-time schedule (at least 30 hours per week). Must be able to work an evening schedule.- Must be willing and able to cater to the availability of the customer-base and work Saturdays and Evenings when they are home.- Must have an active driver's license and possess reliable transportation.- Must be willing and able to pass applicable sales and marketing training including memorizing a script.- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with high expectations.Compensation:- An average of $90,000 to $105,000 in yearly compensation between advances, commissions, and bonuses- Paid on a weekly basis based on participation in setting appointments for our Sales team.- Includes revenue-share bonuses based on installation and completion milestones- A clear path of progression into management. Management will be given a monthly additional performance-based bonus.

Overview The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting New Homes Project Managers with individual project fulfillment from job release to interconnection and service transfer to the homebuyer. Responsibilities • Obtain individual job releases from the builders and initiate Sunrun execution • Gather, process, and produce documentation per agreement with home builder • Monitor individual job flow and ensure execution of all jobs within the assigned builder communities; identify and immediately tackle issues preventing proper and timely execution • Manage individual projects in CRM and builder software platform from lead creation through interconnection under final homebuyer • Communicate tasks to internal workgroups and ensure completion in a timely manner • Maintain project tracking tools for New Homes team • Interdepartmental communication and coordination Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred • Minimum of 1 - 3 years of previous project coordination experience • Solar and/or production building experience preferred • Demonstrated customer service skills • Strong verbal and written skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Detail-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment • Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce and internet use, Oracle experience a plus • Strong work ethic • Ability to prioritize and complete a variety of simultaneous tasks with a high level of organization Physical Demands • Ability to perform normal office duties • Ability to operate office equipment including computers and determine accuracy of work • Ability to interact and participate in meetings Recruiter Vanessa Christensen (vanessa.christensen1@sunrun.com) Please note that the compensation information is made in good faith for this position only.
