RESPONSIBILITIES As a Plumber Service Manager, your ultimate responsibilities involve safety, profit & loss, client satisfaction, and employee engagement. You will install, repair, and diagnose various plumbing systems for our customers. You also ensure accurate communication of job status and requirements with our general manager and lead dispatcher. QUALIFICATIONS • 5+ years of experience working for a Plumbing company. • Prior management and sales experience. • Experience using Service Titan software preferred. • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
