Overview • MUST HOLD A VALID JOURNEYMAN LICENSE* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyman Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in New Home Residential plumbing, Service & Repair, and Light Commercial Projects. A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary. This role involves performing a variety of plumbing tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential and light commercial settings. A commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction is essential. Candidates MUST have customer service skills. Responsibilities • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with local codes and regulations. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems. • Conduct routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance. • Collaborate with construction teams on-site to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety standards. • Provide field service support for plumbing emergencies or repairs as needed. • Engage in heavy lifting as required for the installation of plumbing fixtures and equipment. • Oversight and Training of Apprentice Plumbers Qualifications • **JOURNEY LICENSE REQUIRED*** • Proven experience in residential plumbing with a strong understanding of DWV & H20 systems. • Familiarity with reading blueprints and isometric drawings. • Ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements and material estimates. • Knowledge of HVAC systems is beneficial for integrated projects. • Valid driving license may be required for certain positions involving transportation of materials or equipment. • Maintenance Person experience is an asset for troubleshooting various maintenance issues. • Must provide Hand tools & Power Tools We encourage all qualified candidates who meet these qualifications to apply for this exciting opportunity to advance their career in the plumbing industry while contributing to our team's success.
