The firm is focused on opportunistically acquiring, improving, and operating manufactured housing communities in primary, secondary, and tertiary markets across the United States. Our leadership team has decades of experience acquiring, improving, and operating businesses and assets across a myriad of industries and asset classes. To date, HOA has invested in, and currently manages, approximately 15,500 home sites across 170 communities and 22 states. The person in this role will need to be able to travel to our MH communities within Eastern Michigan Flint area, and potentially Indiana. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with construction teams to address plumbing needs on-site and troubleshoot issues effectively. • Lead and supervise plumbing projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and plumbing codes. • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential • Leak tracing and re-piping of new and existing mobile homes • Sewer and water line restoration Qualifications: • Valid plumbing license and proven leadership skills • Ability to operate heavy machinery such as a backhoe, skid steer, and sewer line • Manufactured Housing experience required • Proficiency in using hand and power tools • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and construction plumbing • Knowledge of water readings • Microsoft Excel knowledge preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $25.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: • Bonus opportunities Work Location: In person
