The Opportunity: My client is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Mechanical Plumbing Estimator to join their Philadelphia-based team. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for plumbing systems using Quick Pen software. • Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project documentation to determine scope and pricing. • Perform material and labor take-offs and develop detailed bid proposals. • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals. • Stay current with market trends, pricing, and construction methods. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical/plumbing estimating. • Proficiency with Quick Pen is required. • Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and construction practices. • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
