Responsibilities · Perform all forms of installations in residences and small commercial facilities including repairs, rough-ins, water service, fixture installations and other finishing and trim-out plumbing work. · Connect appliances such as dishwashers, washing machines, and water heaters. · Complete system testing before project completion. · Conduct service and repair calls to diagnose and resolve common residential plumbing issues. · Complete all work meeting state/local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications. · Provide homeowners with clear explanations of work performed and offer maintenance recommendations. · Maintain accurate records of time, materials, and services provided. · Represent the company in a professional manner at all times, delivering excellent customer service. · Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service (with overtime pay).
