DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: • Install and repair water, gas and other plumbing systems in a Commercial Environment. • Run copper, cast iron, PVC, Acid Waste and other plumbing systems. • Inspect structures, locating and marking positions of pipes, connections and passages within walls and floors. • Troubleshoot and test installed plumbing systems. • Assemble, install, maintain, or repair plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, water heaters etc. utilizing correct procedures and/or hardware. • Utilize blueprints or technical diagrams following state or local building codes. • Promote, maintain and adhere to OSHA regulations. EXPERIENCE: • At least 10 years of related commercial or industrial experience. • Working experience using blueprints or technical diagrams. • Experience in layout and installation of all sizes of copper, cast iron, gas, acid waste and PVC pipe. REQUIREMENTS: • Have reliable transportation to and from the worksite. • MD Master Plumbing license preferred, Journeyman with 10 years+ in commercial plumbing considered. • The ability to work off of a platform lift and ladders.
