This is a key leadership role with full P&L responsibility and oversight of both service and installation operations. What You’ll Do As Branch Manager, you’ll drive operational excellence, growth, and profitability while fostering a positive, performance-driven culture. Key Responsibilities: • Lead all branch operations including service, installation, and customer experience. • Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with company goals and KPIs. • Drive revenue growth through geographic expansion and new service offerings. • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to achieve P&L targets. • Recruit, train, and mentor managers and technicians to build a high-performing team. • Partner with executive leadership to design and execute onboarding and training programs. • Champion safety, compliance, and a culture of accountability and excellence. What You Bring • 5+ years of HVAC or Plumbing residential service leadership experience. • Proven success managing P&L, KPIs, and multi-location operations. • Strong communication and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others. • Experience leading both HVAC installation and service teams. • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ServiceTitan is a plus. • Sales and customer service expertise highly desirable.
