Looking for an experienced commercial plumber. Duties: - Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings - Read blueprints and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems - Cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes with the use of hand tools and power tools - Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues - Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as carpenters and HVAC technicians, to ensure efficient completion of projects - Respond to service calls and troubleshoot plumbing problems - Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients Skills: - Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for plumbing work - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks - Valid driver's license for commercial driving purposes - Experience in construction plumbing is preferred but not required - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving skills Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
