About the position Dual Temp Co. is a commercial HVAC, Plumbing, and Piping company dedicated to installing quality mechanical systems throughout eastern Pennsylvania, western New Jersey, and northern Delaware. We specialize in construction projects valued between $200,000 and $9 million. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the Construction Operations Manager position. This role is ideal for candidates who are high achievers and have excelled in their current roles, including those who may be next in line at their current employer and ready to step into an operations management role. This role is pivotal in managing our employees and customers, procuring materials and equipment, logistics, staffing, training, overseeing CAD preconstruction, managing licensure compliance, and growing the careers of our field personnel. As the Construction Operations Manager, you will oversee all construction operations and manage our employees and customer relationships. You will be responsible for overseeing materials and equipment purchasing and the team that handles logistics and timing. Additionally, you will manage staffing and training, including overhead budgets, and oversee CAD preconstruction while ensuring licensure compliance of our field team. You will create career paths and growth opportunities for field and office personnel, leading department-wide employee performance reviews. Ensuring project profitability and promoting our company culture will be key aspects of your role. You will also be tasked with growing the team of leaders and onboarding and attracting new people into the trades. You will have oversight of apprenticeship compliance with ABC of Eastern Pa., brazing continuity, and medical gas installers certifications. Additionally, you will manage CAD and BIM software renewals and maintain tight interaction with the billing coordinator to ensure positive cash flow on all monthly AIA billings. You will be accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of daily time submission for field employees at the end of their shift.
