Responsibilities: • Installation of complete plumbing systems in residential and light commercial applications. • Demonstrate motivation and flexibility to adeptly handle responsibilities on both commercial and residential job sites. • Utilize a wealth of experience in overseeing crews of 2-10 plumbers, providing effective leadership and guidance. • Maintain a valid plumbing license to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Attend weekly job meetings and coordinate with the General Contractor's on-site Supervisor during project duration. • Ensure work compliance with engineering specifications and local building codes. • Maintain accurate work logs, including job sites, time, equipment, materials, and recommendations for follow-up. • Work with minimal supervision, applying skills and independent decision-making to deliver superior quality work for the customer. Success will require knowledge of both Plumbing and HVAC Estimation and general system theory. Organization, Team Player, and being Self-Motivated are key qualities the right candidate would possess. This role consists ofcreating new relationships with builders and homeowners, as well as responding to incoming leads that are generated by our company’s marketing efforts. Then, you will be responsible for delivering the quotation to the customer and, ultimately, winning the business. After a given project is secured, you will perform a detailed pass-off to our Project Management team. Being able to work with a driven team where all goals align for success is a key component to success in this position. Compensation: The base salary is dependent on experience, in addition to performance-related commissions.
