Master Plumber Foreman/Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Master Plumber Foreman/Project Manager to oversee and manage both commercial and residential plumbing projects. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects from start to finish, while also supervising field personnel and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have significant plumbing expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities: • Project Management: Lead and manage plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications. • Team Supervision: Supervise and direct a team of plumbers and apprentices, providing leadership and mentorship on site. • Site Coordination: Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution. • Compliance & Safety: Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards. • Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project, ensuring minimal disruption and delays. • Estimating & Budgeting: Review project plans, perform site assessments, and develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment. • Client Relations: Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally. • Quality Control: Perform regular inspections to ensure that all work is up to code and meets the company’s high-quality standards. Requirements: • Licensing: Must hold a valid Master Experience in Plumbing in a foreman or project management role. • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations for both commercial and residential projects. • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, contractors, and team members. • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently. • Tools & Equipment: Proficient in the use of plumbing tools and equipment. • Physical Stamina: Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and lift heavy materials when needed. • Technology: Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.
