Description Superior Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing, Inc. is a regional service provider specializing in skilled trade services. As a Service Plumber, you will be responsible for performing commercial plumbing repairs and service without the stress of selling plumbing jobs. Work schedules options are Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday. The position provides a two-week training period with a three-month probationary phase. Technicians will be provided with a company vehicle, gas card and have the flexibility to begin their service routes from home or the regional shop location. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of recent experience in commercial plumbing service and repair. Responsibilities • Provide informative customer service to clients with professional conduct • Install, repair or replace commercial plumbing fixtures and water heaters • Properly diagnose and repair issues with sanitary waste, vent, or potable water pipes • Service grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps or lift stations • Troubleshoot common commercial plumbing issues on pumps, fixtures, valves, and DWV • Diagnose and unclog drains with cable machines, hydro jets, or camera lines • Submit service paperwork with a summary of the work provided after each service appointment • Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner • Drive and operate company vehicles within department guidelines • Willingness to take on additional duties as needed to support the department Requirements • Four years of recent and relevant commercial plumbing experience • Valid driver license with no more than two points or driving restrictions on the driving record • Able to pass a pre-employment drug test • Verbal and written English literacy for the use of cell phone and mobile email communication • Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is a service and construction company providing customer service throughout California and other states.
