This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills, collaborate with skilled tradespeople, and contribute to projects that make a real difference in communities. • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, valves, and appliances according to blueprints and schematics. • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately execute project plans. • Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment to complete installations and repairs efficiently. • Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to support construction activities. • Conduct field service tasks such as troubleshooting issues on-site, performing repairs, and ensuring systems operate optimally. • Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate plumbing work within larger building projects while adhering to safety standards. • Execute remodeling or renovation projects by dismantling old systems and installing new plumbing components with precision. • Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed for project documentation. • Follow safety protocols rigorously to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and colleagues. • Assist with basic carpentry tasks or mechanical work as needed during project execution. • Read technical schematics related to HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) systems when required for integrated building services. • Proven experience as a Journeyperson Plumber with active licensing or certification in plumbing trades. • Extensive knowledge of construction plumbing practices including pipe threading, soldering, welding, and fixture installation. • Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings essential for accurate installation. • Skilled in the use of hand tools such as wrenches, pipe cutters; power tools including drills; welding equipment; and pipe threading machines. • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex installations or repairs. • Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety standards and protocols. • Basic math skills necessary for measurements, calculations related to pipe sizing or system layouts. • Familiarity with remodeling projects or maintenance tasks within commercial or industrial environments. • Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience preferred for field service assignments. • Additional skills such as HVAC knowledge, maintenance person experience, assembly work, or carpentry are advantageous but not mandatory.
