Pre-Employment Requirements: · Criminal Background · Annual Physical · TB Skin Test Job Duties: • Works closely with the Operation Coordinator to ensure that facilities, grounds, and playgrounds are maintained in a condition that promotes a healthy, safe environment for young children, parents and staff • Responsible for upkeep of facilities by performing minor repairs to maintenance requests (plumbing, repairing cabinets, playground equipment, etc.) • Perform landscaping duties (mowing, trimming, debris removal); familiar with mowers, trimmers, and other lawn care tools. • Ensures that all trash and garbage is removed from facilities daily. • Cleans facilities daily (sweeping, mopping, dusting, washing windows, cleaning restrooms, etc) • Ability to perform stripping, waxing and shampooing floors and carpets using equipment such as a Floor Scrubber machine, high speed buffer, and carpet shampooer. • Monitor and deliver cleaning and other supplies • Ability to work with Transportation service area maintaining Agency fleet (Tire, oil, fluid checks) Preferred Qualifications: • High School Diploma • Preferably Mechanically Inclined • Knowledgeable in Electrical and Plumbing related duties • 2 to 5 years of Facilities and Grounds keeping experience • Experienced in Landscaping and Lawn Care • Valid Driver License Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $15.25 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
