The Plumbing Technician will work collaboratively with other tradespeople and ensure that all plumbing work meets industry standards. Duties • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. • Assemble and weld various plumbing components as required. • Read blueprints to understand plumbing layouts and specifications. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to perform tasks. • Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs. • Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters, to complete projects efficiently. • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their plumbing needs. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Plumbing Technician or similar role is preferred. • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively. • Familiarity with commercial driving regulations is a plus for roles requiring transportation of materials. • Experience in blueprint reading and understanding plumbing schematics is essential. • Previous maintenance person or carpentry experience is beneficial for comprehensive project execution. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments. Plumber/Plumber's Helper

Experienced plumbers & plumber helpers needed for fast paced NON-UNION plumbing subcontractor involving new construction, commercial work. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Wages DOE. Journeyman Card is a plus. Basic background check is required and previous employment will be checked. Job offer will be contingent upon passing a 5 panel drug screen. Service Plumber

General Duties: Our Service Plumbers need to be skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving, as well as knowledgeable about local plumbing codes and safety regulations. The duties of a Service Plumber include handling a variety of tasks related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties. This work typically includes: • Repairing Leaks: Fixing leaks in pipes, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures. • Clearing Clogs: Using specialized tools to clear blockages in drains and sewer lines. • Installing Fixtures: Installing and replacing sinks, faucets, toilets, showers, and other plumbing fixtures. • Pipe Repair and Replacement: Repairing or replacing damaged or old pipes. • Water Heater Services: Installing, repairing, or maintaining water heaters, including tankless and traditional models. • Emergency Services: Responding to urgent issues like burst pipes, overflowing toilets, or severe leaks. • Maintaining Plumbing Systems: Performing regular maintenance to ensure plumbing systems are functioning efficiently and to prevent future problems. • Inspecting Systems: Conducting inspections to diagnose issues or assess the condition of plumbing systems. • Upgrades and Renovations: Assisting with plumbing needs in home renovations or upgrades, such as moving or adding new fixtures. Responsibilities: • Will be working on commercial and residential properties. • Maintain a clean and organized job site. • Keep a well-inventoried truck and make sure it remains in good condition. • Be accurate and timely with invoices & time cards. • Ability to pay attention to detail. • Communicate effectively with clients, especially when a job is taking longer than expected. • Being polite and respectful to clients and their homes. • Responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Analyze the problem and identify appropriate tools/materials for repair. • Work as a team with other Service Techs and Labors that work for HTA Plumbing. • Be able to work alongside Dispatch to ensure the overall success of the business.
