JOB DESCRIPTION: The Plumber is required to perform a variety of tasks in the general maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, facilities, and equipment for all MCPS property within the county to maintain a condition of operating excellence. The Plumber must possess the ability to work independently or as part of a team to perform maintenance and make repairs, interior and exterior, to water, gas, oil, sewer, and storm drain systems. The Plumber also works independently or as part of a team to assist, within skill level, all other maintenance personnel when needed in painting, masonry, grounds maintenance, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry.
