Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Master/Journeyman/Journeywoman Plumber to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. Requirements • Valid Master or Journeyman/Journeywoman Plumbing license with proven experience in construction plumbing projects. • Strong knowledge of construction practices, schematics reading, and mechanical systems including HVAC integration. • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations. • Experience working on construction sites with familiarity in remodeling, maintenance tasks, and field service operations. • Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately; familiarity with schematics related to plumbing and mechanical systems. • Mechanical aptitude combined with maintenance person experience or carpentry skills is highly desirable. • Physical capability for heavy lifting, working at heights or confined spaces as required by project demands. • Valid driver’s license for commercial driving; experience with construction site safety protocols is preferred.
