Commercial Plumbing Service Technician

Responsibilities: • Navigate technology using iPad and other various portals • Troubleshooting of Commercial Water Heaters (Gas & Electric) • Repair and or replace of Sewage Pumps • Drain cleaning via Cable Machines and/or Jetter • Fixture replacements and repairs (Faucets, Toilets, Urinals, Kitchen Fixtures) • Troubleshooting of Vacuum Systems; Jet Vac, Acorn, and EVAC. Plumber and Plumbing Foreman

Place Services, Inc. has an immediate needs for Commercial Plumbers and Plumbing Foreman to be based out of Roanoke, VA. The Commercial Plumber will be responsible for installing plumbing fixtures, pumps, and other plumbing equipment on various commercial construction projects. The Commercial Plumbing Foreman will need to relate specific instructions and direction to crew and assign specific tasks; supervise tasks and assist in layout, fabrication, and installation problems as needed. Plumbing Foreman

Job Title: Plumbing Foreman - Commercial Construction Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our Commercial Construction team as a Plumbing Foreman. In this role, you will serve as the essential part of successful plumbing system installs on our commercial construction projects as well as providing leadership and support on our sites.
