Job Duties: • Work with others as a team to learn and perform the task laid out by the plumbing superintendent and lead plumber. • Knowledge of plumbing practices and methods, health and safety regulations, and materials for operating and repairing plumbing systems. • Able to operate specialized machinery, equipment, and tools to repair, install, and maintain plumbing systems. • Assemble pipe sections, tubing, and fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, soldering, brazing, and welding equipment. • Install other plumbing equipment, such as sinks, tubs, toilets, water heaters, appliances, and trim. • Determine water supply networks and waste drainage systems are in working order. • Assemble and install valves and fittings. • Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Must have 1-3 years of experience as a plumbing apprentice performing in commercial or residential installation and or an equivalent combination of vocational training and experience. • Journeyman or Master Plumbers License preferred. • Overtime may be necessary, and one must be able to pass a drug screen and background check. Plumber and Plumbing Foreman

The Commercial Plumber will be responsible for installing plumbing fixtures, pumps, and other plumbing equipment on various commercial construction projects.
