Plumber - Construction

Responsibilities: • Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures. • Inspect plumbing systems to identify leaks, blockages, and other issues; test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems. • Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing systems, repair or replace broken plumbing parts, and clear obstructions in plumbing systems. • Interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials. • Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, ensuring a safe work environment by wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and participating in safety meetings. • Communicate effectively with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time and materials used, and provide reports as needed. • Identify and resolve plumbing issues promptly and efficiently, providing practical solutions to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
