Industrial Plumber – 1st Shift (High Point, NC) Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM Pay: $18-$23/hr We are seeking a skilled Industrial Plumber to join a growing team in High Point, NC. Key Responsibilities: • Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures. • Inspect and test plumbing systems to identify leaks, blockages, or other issues. • Perform preventative maintenance and replace worn or damaged parts. • Interpret blueprints and building specifications to determine pipe layouts and materials needed. • Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members to ensure satisfaction and accurate service delivery. • Maintain accurate records of time, materials, and services performed. • Follow all safety regulations, use appropriate PPE, and participate in safety meetings. • Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently to minimize downtime. Qualifications: • 2–5+ years of plumbing experience, preferably in an industrial or commercial setting. • Proficient in using hand and power tools related to plumbing. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. • Comfortable working in environments with extreme temperatures and noise levels of 90 decibels or more. • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
