Key Requirements: • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including water supply, waste disposal, and heating systems, in residential and commercial properties. • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to plan plumbing installations. • Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures for heating, water, and drainage systems. • Use power tools and welding equipment to cut, bend, and join pipes as necessary. • Test plumbing systems for leaks and defects, ensuring proper function and safety compliance. • Collaborate with other tradespeople (electricians, HVAC, etc.) to ensure proper coordination of construction projects. • Respond to emergency plumbing calls and provide timely, efficient service to clients. • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used. • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any client concerns and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. • Ensure all plumbing work complies with local codes and regulations.
