As a T-Mark Plumber/Equipment Operator, your responsibilities will include: • Leading a 2-person crew on residential and light commercial plumbing underground projects. • Performing and overseeing underground plumbing installations, repairs, and inspections to code. • Safely operating excavation and trenching equipment (backhoes, excavators, skid steers, etc.). • Reading and interpreting blueprints, site plans, and job specifications. • Coordinating daily project activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and accurately. • Communicating with site supervisors, inspectors, and customers as needed. • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe jobsite and vehicle. Top candidates will possess: • Several years of plumbing experience and several years of equipment operation experience. • Proven ability to run a crew independently and complete underground plumbing jobs successfully. • Strong understanding of plumbing codes and best practices. • CDL license required. • Municipal plumbing licenses for various WNY areas strongly preferred. • Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills. • Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship.
