Dispatcher/Customer Service Specialist

Inc. is looking for an energetic individual to join our service team in Mercer County. Individual must have basic computer skills, strong written and verbal communication skills. Background in industry not required. No shift or after hours work required. NO cold calling interactions with customers. This position provides telephone customer support during business hours. A key component is to provide clean and concise communications with department managers, employees and customers, including keeping customers apprised as to company schedule.
