Full Time - Sales Associate - Plumbing - Day

About the position As a Customer Service Associate, you combine top-notch customer service skills with genuine care for people to help customers feel comfortable while shopping at Lowe's. This is an excellent role for those who want to engage with customers and help them solve their home improvement challenges. Apartment Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in maintaining the physical integrity & cleanliness of the building at all times. This involves ensuring a safe and secure environment for customers, clients, visitors, and the team. The technician actively participates in the cleanliness & maintenance of the physical condition of the entire building while promoting tenant satisfaction. Our Maintenance team is very customer service-driven, which creates a lasting influence on visitors, prospects, and tenants. Compensation: $16 - $19 hourly Responsibilities: • Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks • Make records of when any equipment was services and repairs were made • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they're operating efficiently and make any needed repairs • Take additional maintenance requests as assigned • Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed • Perform basic maintenance and service for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, appliance, and mechanical repairs in residential apartment units • Promptly answer resident service calls and perform repairs in a timely fashion • Interact politely and professionally with apartment tenants, outside vendors/contractors, and coworkers • Complete all assigned maintenance work on vacant apartments for unit turns and make-ready activities • Perform various preventative maintenance measures • Respond to on-call/after-hours emergency maintenance requests/work orders • Maintain community grounds • Paint units • Clean carpets Qualifications: • Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent • Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques • Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills • Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests • 2+ years of maintenance experience • Ability to easily get to and from work • Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle • Proficient in using email, text, and phone communications About Company Our company is a dynamic, fast-growing property management and real estate investment company located in Hermitage, PA.
