The successful candidate will be able to diagnose and repair plumbing systems, identify and replace defective parts, and advise customers on the best solutions for their plumbing needs. Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plumbing Service Technician • Service Titan experience strongly preferred • Strong customer service skills • Dedication to providing homeowners with unmatched satisfaction • Detail-oriented and skilled at multitasking • Efficiently able to gather information, identify customer needs and clearly articulate product offerings and services with integrity • Confident and decisive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment • Clean Driving Record: A valid driver's license with a clean record • High school diploma or equivalent • Valid driver's license with a clean record. • Ability to climb in attics, crawlspaces, and on ladders • Able to lift up to 75 lbs • Ability to work some nights and weekends-on call Duties and Responsibilities: • Maintaining Plumbing Equipment – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems. • Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency callouts while On Call. • Ability to install, repair and replace items related to your sold jobs. • Maintain rapport with customers, communicate details of work being performed and educate them on use of new system(s). • In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional sales skills while providing top-notch service to our valued customers • Drive sales by identifying potential customers, promoting products/services, and closing deals • Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience • Ensure compliance with local and national plumbing codes • Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping • Sell plumbing services and solutions that solve our customers' problems • Explain financing options and complete the accompanying paperwork • Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, and other team members as needed. • Maintain a clean and professional appearance. • Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional. • Read blueprints and drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems. • Have and maintain a clean driving record. • Keep company trucks clean, inside and out. • Keep truck inventory up to date. • Comply with all applicable codes and regulations. • Other duties as assigned If you are looking for a company to grow with, please apply! Plumbing Foreman Plumbing Foreman Summary: The Plumbing Foreman performs as the lead installer on multiple projects simultaneously. The Foreman is capable of leading and empowering individual plumbers and apprentices on their respective teams while communicating directly with the Project Superintendent. The Plumbing Foreman must oversee quality within their plumbing projects and assist in forecasting manpower and materials on the job site.
