Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To: • Lead and supervise commercial plumbing projects from start to finish. • Manage, mentor, and train apprentices on-site. • Read and interpret construction drawings, submittals, and specifications. • Coordinate and schedule project activities to ensure timely completion. • Maintain clear communication with superintendents, project managers, and fellow trades. • Perform hands-on plumbing work daily using appropriate tools and equipment. • Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and jobsite safety protocols. • Conduct quality control inspections and maintain high workmanship standards. • Coordinate site logistics, including tools, materials, and equipment. • Represent Flow Mechanical Services LLP professionally at all times. • Perform other duties as assigned to support company and project goals. Qualifications: • 4+ years' experience in commercial plumbing, specifically focused on new interior tenant work required. • Journeyman Plumbing License preferred, but not required (support available to obtain). • Valid driver's license and clean driving record. • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks. • Ability to work independently and maintain project schedules. • Strong knowledge of plumbing tools, equipment, and installation techniques. • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and submittals. • Capable of supervising and developing apprentices. • Ability to pass a background check. • Willingness to work early shifts (starting as early as 4:00 AM for tie-ins), occasional nights, and Saturdays with advance notice.
