MECKLEY SERVICES, INC. IS LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED COMMERCIAL SERVICE PLUMBERS TO JOIN OUR TEAM! Our plumbers drive a company vehicle to and from customer sites to install, service and repair fittings, fixtures of water and all plumbing needs to the specifications and plumbing codes. Rate of pay commensurate with experience. Our average plumber makes $85K with OT. We are offering a $1,000.00 sign on bonus for the qualified plumber! The ideal candidate for this position will be an individual who is a self-starter who has pride in their work, the ability to work independently, provide maintenance and repair services to our commercial customers. Responsibilities: • Respond to Customer Service Requests (service calls) • Diagnose, repair, replace, and install various commercial plumbing systems. • Outstanding ability to estimate materials, labor and equipment costs. • Work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to the customer. • Maintain current vehicle inventory, cleanliness and maintenance. • Perform manual tasks such as: bending, reaching, standing, lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs., or maneuvering heavier items with additional manpower or appropriate devices. • Present a professional appearance and attitude. Qualifications: • Mechanically inclined individual with a hunger to learn new techniques and approaches. • Demonstrated ability to perform and work efficiently without supervision. • Must be customer service oriented and have strong customer service skills. • Possession of and ability to operate hand tools, power tools and equipment relevant to the selected trade. • Shows up on time ready to work and takes pride in their work. • Working knowledge of computer systems • Valid state driver's license • Must be able to successfully complete and pass a criminal background screening, drug test, and driver's license check. • Schedule flexibility - must be willing to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed.
