Service Plumbing Technician - Winchester

Purpose and Scope We are seeking a highly skilled, professional, customer-focused Service Plumbing Technician to join our Winchester team. As a Service Plumbing Technician, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service in commercial and residential plumbing applications. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional workmanship, excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently, we want to hear from you. This individual will work in our Winchester location but report to the Harrisonburg Plumbing Supervisor. Responsibilities: • Conduct service calls and effectively communicate with customers in a professional and empathetic manner, even in challenging situations. • Utilize your technical expertise to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing issues promptly and accurately. • Ensure the proper use of tools, equipment, and resources to complete plumbing repairs and installations to the highest standards and ensuring proper safety protocols. • Maintain accurate documentation of time, materials, work order results, and customer interactions. • Collaborate with team members and follow through on commitments to ensure the timely closure of open work orders. • Uphold and represent our Company's reputation as a consummate professional in the plumbing industry. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Service Plumbing Technician, with expertise in both commercial and residential plumbing applications. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and effectively communicate with customers. • Exceptional troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve plumbing issues efficiently and accurately. • Demonstrates safe and efficient use of plumbing tools and equipment. • Detail-oriented, top-quality work results while remaining within schedules. • Valid plumbing license/certification preferred (VA and/or WV).
