Responsibilities • Complete plumbing, drain cleaning and other related service calls • Establish customer relationships to sell the right products and services. • Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans. • Understand service criteria and revenue goals. • Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable • Grow business with referrals and repeat business • Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business. • Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck. • Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings. • Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations. • Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, curbside feedback and option sheets. • Licensed with knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to make on-the-job applications. This position requires participation in an on-call rotation. Duties and Responsibilities: • Participates as a member of a team providing plumbing, steam, and other trade services to complete assigned projects. • Services, maintains, inspects, and repairs plumbing, steam, fire sprinkler, food service, heating, and other equipment as assigned, • Installs plumbing, steam, or other equipment as assigned.
