(The projects are ongoing in Multiple areas) Travel Pay or Per Diem Not Currently Available Responsibilities • Ability to install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures. • Ability to read, follow, and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications • Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, & repair plumbing emergencies • Knowledge of building codes & Adhere to safety policies and procedures • Assemble, install, repair, maintain, and alter plumbing systems  • Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper • Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted • Troubleshoot and repair pipe, plumbing, and pipeline systems • Install, connect, repair, and test septic and commercial sewer systems • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials • Utilizing hand tools and cutters to cut pipe to desired lengths and electric threaders as well as hand threaders to thread pipe Job Posting Qualifications • Be at least 18 years of age • State Plumbing certifications/ licenses required for most positions • A Complete Personal Tool Bag for the job, including Protective & Safety equipment, will be needed for this position. • 3+ years working in the Plumbing field in Industrial or commercial settings or Completion of verifiable training required • Ability to Read Blueprints, Cut Materials, and Install Plumbing, pipe, and Structural components. • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable • accommodation • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation • Prior experience in the Commercial or Industrial Mechanical field (required) • Prior experience using With Commercial & Industrial Plumbing (preferred) • Position will require a Background check Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Benefits: • Health insurance • Referral program Work Location: In person

Essential Accountabilities: 1. Receives electronic (cell phone), verbal or written instructions to complete work order (WO) assignments on routine or emergency basis. 2. Records start and finish time, provides comments in cell phone specific to actions at job site and in keeping with department policy. 3. Perform various plumbing repairs/installations of sinks, commodes, valves and water coolers. Replace damaged water lines, freeing of clogged drainage systems. 4. Ability to measure, cut, thread and prepare piping for replacement or new installations. 5. Ability to perform other duties such as: minor electrical repairs, minor carpentry repairs. 6. Performs Daily Routine Building (DRB) inspections reporting findings electronic (cell phone), verbal or written instructions to complete work order (WO) assignments on routine or emergency basis. Other Accountabilities: 1. Repair or replace electrical outlets. Change/replace lighting fixtures or tubes/bulbs. 2. Repair/replace broken electrical switches when necessary. 3. Perform minor drywall repairs, adjust door hardware and latches to perform properly. 4. Perform all general duties to maintain buildings in good operating condition. 5. Replace stained ceiling tiles upon repair of any leaks. 6. Oversee outside vendors when necessary. 7. Secure needed supplies or equipment from maintenance shops and notify proper person of any additional supplies or equipment needs. 8. Observe and report any unusual or emergency situations to the Director of Facilities Operations. 9. Make recommendations to immediate supervisor about how methods and procedures may be improved. 10.
