The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process piping and HVAC , PLumbing piping , with a proven track record of relability and knoweledge is required. (Locals Only - NO Per diem) Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Pipefitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in various welding techniques and a strong understanding of plumbing and mechanical systems. As a Pipefitter, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining piping systems in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of projects in construction, manufacturing, and HVAC environments. Responsibilities • Install, assemble, and maintain piping systems for various applications including plumbing, fire sprinkler fitting, and HVAC. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project requirements. • Utilize MIG welding, FCAW, TIG welding, and soldering techniques to join metal components effectively. • Perform pipe threading and tube bending as required for specific installations. • Conduct routine maintenance on piping systems to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently in construction site environments. • Adhere to ASME codes & standards during all phases of work to maintain quality assurance. • Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to ensure seamless integration of systems. • Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Skills • Proficient in various welding methods including MIG, FCAW, TIG, and soldering. • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. • Experience with construction site practices and safety regulations. • Familiarity with pipe threading techniques and tube bending processes. • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents accurately. • Knowledge of HVAC systems and fire sprinkler fitting is advantageous. • Competence in using hand tools such as calipers for precise measurements. • Experience in rigging for safe lifting and moving of materials as needed. • Background in manufacturing or assembly processes related to piping systems.
