Position Summary: As a Lead Residential Service Plumber, you'll be more than a technician — you’ll be a leader, problem solver, and customer care expert. You’ll take charge of residential plumbing jobs, guide less experienced techs, and ensure every job is completed to the high standards our customers expect. Key Responsibilities: • Lead residential plumbing service calls from diagnosis to completion. • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances. • Be the on-site point of contact for customers, delivering clear communication and outstanding service. • Supervise and mentor apprentices and junior plumbers to ensure quality workmanship. • Organize your day efficiently, including tools, materials, and scheduling. • Identify complex plumbing issues and develop reliable, cost-effective solutions.• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and company procedures. • Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and well-maintained. • Accurately document work is performed, and parts are used in our system. Qualifications: • Previous experience with Service Titan or similar field service software is a plus. • High school diploma or GED (trade school or plumbing program preferred). • Valid state plumbing license (Journeyman or Master, depending on local requirements). • Minimum 5 years of hands-on residential service plumbing experience. • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop junior team members. • Strong troubleshooting skills with a problem-solving mindset. • Excellent customer service and communication abilities. • Self-motivated and organized — able to manage multiple jobs in a day. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
