Full-time Fabricator/Pipefitter Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fabricator/Pipefitter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pipe threading, pipe bending, and metal fabrication, with 2 to 10 years of relevant work experience. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications to determine materials, equipment, and procedures required for fabrication and installation • Perform precise measurements and calculations to ensure accurate cutting, fitting, and assembly of pipes and metal components • Utilize various tools and equipment for pipe threading, including manual and power threading machines • Operate pipe bending equipment to create custom bends and shapes as per project requirements • Fabricate metal components using techniques such as cutting, welding, grinding, and shaping • Install, repair, and maintain piping systems in various industrial and commercial settings • Ensure proper alignment and fitting of pipes, valves, and other components • Conduct pressure tests to verify the integrity and safety of installed piping systems • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in existing piping systems and implement appropriate solutions • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations • Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other trades to complete projects on time and within budget • Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and safety standards Qualifications and Skills • 2-10 years of experience as a Fabricator/Pipefitter in industrial or commercial settings • Proficiency in pipe threading techniques and equipment operation • Expertise in pipe bending methods and machinery use • Strong metal fabrication skills, including cutting, welding, and shaping • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications • Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment related to pipefitting and fabrication • Knowledge of various piping materials, including steel, copper, PVC, and others • Understanding of plumbing codes, safety regulations, and industry standards • Physical ability to lift heavy materials, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Education and Certifications • High school diploma or equivalent required • Completion of a recognized apprentic

Monday-Friday day shift, plus overtime and callouts as required to support production.
