Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in estimating masonry work on large commercial projects. • Proficiency in using Tradesman’s Software for masonry estimating is preferred. • Strong knowledge of masonry materials, techniques, and building codes for commercial construction projects. • Experience with material takeoffs, bid preparation, and cost analysis. • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and project specifications. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in all estimates. • Knowledge of commercial construction project lifecycle and processes. • A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
