ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Performs repairs to plumbing, electrical, and heating systems. Installs and repairs fixtures. Assembles furniture, builds shelving, installs cabinets, and performs other carpentry tasks. Paints walls and other surfaces. Patches and/or installs drywall. Maintains clean and safe work area. Performs above and other work at multiple company locations throughout the metroplex and in other states as needed. Reports to work in a timely manner and adheres to policies, procedures, and processes. Performs other job duties as needed and/or as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: High school graduate or equivalent is preferred. Must possess the ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Requires basic understanding of carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
