What You’ll Do • Manage ground-up industrial, retail, or healthcare construction projects from start to finish. • Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication. • Maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and field staff. • Drive quality, safety, and efficiency throughout every phase of the project. • Handle financial reporting, change orders, and forecasting.
