The Masonry Site Supervisor will play a critical role in delivering high-quality masonry work efficiently and safely. Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate masonry crews to ensure timely completion of projects according to plans and specifications • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide work activities • Manage daily site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and enforce safety protocols among team members • Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to address project requirements and resolve issues promptly • Monitor project progress, update schedules, and report on milestones using project management tools like Primavera or Construction management software • Manage budgets, contracts, and procurement processes related to masonry work • Train, supervise, and evaluate crew members; promote a safe and productive work environment • Utilize tools such as Ohmmeter for electrical testing when necessary; interpret schematics for troubleshooting Requirements • Proven experience in construction management with a focus on masonry projects; supervising experience is essential • Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, construction estimating, and project scheduling • Familiarity with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices on construction sites • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively • Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and team members • Construction site experience in masonry or related trades is required; familiarity with pipeline projects is a plus This position offers an opportunity to lead impactful projects within a dynamic construction environment.
