As a Construction Crew team member, you will report to our Construction Supervisor. This fully on-site position directly supports our construction operations at our Corsicana, TX facility. Essential Functions • Carry and move materials. • Operate hand tools. • Use heavy machinery as directed by supervisors. • Assist with loading and unloading construction materials and equipment. • Material Handling-Transport materials, tools, and machinery on the job site and ensure they are properly stored and organized. • Site preparation-assist in preparing job sites before construction begins. • Clear debris, setting up temporary structures, digging trenches, or assisting with excavation work. • Construction support-crew members provide support to other construction team members, such as contractors, electricians, and operations team. • Must follow Safety Guidelines and receive proper training to operate equipment.
