Commercial Mason Tenders / Laborers Location: Southeastern Wisconsin (various construction sites) Company: On-Site Staffing Services On-Site Staffing Services is seeking experienced Commercial Mason Tenders/Laborers to assist with block, brick, and stone work for building and construction projects in the Southeastern Wisconsin area. Job Summary: Commercial Mason Tenders/Laborers perform a variety of physically demanding tasks to support masonry crews. This includes supplying materials, operating equipment, maintaining job sites, and ensuring a safe work environment. Responsibilities: • Keep crew members supplied with necessary materials, tools, and ice water. • Respond promptly to crew requests for materials or tools. • Mix mortar/mud according to job requirements. • Lubricate, clean, fuel, and oversee equipment operation. • Operate a variety of hand and power tools. • Organize and maintain job site trailers, trucks, and gang boxes. • Inventory and inspect tools and equipment daily; ensure proper storage and security. • Follow all OSHA safety policies and applicable laws. • Accurately use a measuring tape to the nearest fraction of an inch. • Monitor pedestrian traffic near work zones. • Work at heights on scaffolding, lifts, and rooftops. • Operate forklifts, off-road forklifts, aerial lifts, scissor lifts, and hydro mobile scaffolding; knowledge of forklift and crane hand signals preferred. • Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed. Qualifications: • Must have reliable transportation. • Ability to lift 70+ pounds. • Must provide basic tools: hard hat, safety glasses, tool belt, measuring tape, hammer, and high-visibility vest. • Steel-toe boots required.
