What You’ll Do • Perform expert masonry and bricklaying work, including laying block, brick, and stone. • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and materials. • Assist with demolition, surface preparation, and structural repair as needed. • Collaborate with team members and other trades to meet project goals and timelines. • Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure tools and equipment are used safely. • Uphold all safety standards and contribute to a culture of job site safety and accountability. • Represent the company professionally with clients, subcontractors, and vendors. What We’re Looking For • 5–6+ years of experience in commercial masonry or bricklaying. • Proficiency in using masonry tools and equipment. • Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints. • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
