Brick Mason

Essential Functions The Mason will build material, including concrete and brick, and construct or repair surfaces or structures, including but not limited to: • Laying of brick, block and stone per foreman’s direction. • Follows direction to determine the work requirements and sequence of masonry/tile needed to be laid • Keep brick, block or stone level at different heights. • Know the placement of materials on walls. • Strike and finish brick, block, and stone. • Site Clean-up Qualifications A Mason must work as a team and be able to perform all the duties listed above. As well as having 4 yrs of commercial mason experience, be reliable, self-motivated, and willing to follow directions. Construction Senior Estimator

CCI is a value-driven, family-oriented company looking for an “Estimator” who has a passion for exceeding expectations. Essential Functions As an Estimator, you will complete the due diligence necessary to estimate the cost of work to be performed and oversee the client bid submitter process. This includes but is not limited to: • Communicating with owners, subcontractors, and vendors. • Reviewing and understanding contract specifications and drawing. • Identifying, defining, and quantifying potential project risks. • Performing quantity take-offs and scope reviews for estimate preparation. • Developing pricing based on historical production data. • Evaluating and comparing subcontractor/supplier quotes. • Conducting site visits and performing research and exploration before bid. Qualifications Candidates must have 7-10 years of commercial estimating experience. Experience with conceptual and design-build estimates. Vista Estimating software experience desired, as well as scheduling software such as SmartSheet. As well as Experience maintaining strong relationships with local subcontractors, architects and clients.
