The key field positions that we hire include the following positions. Laborer The key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Safely erect, use, and dismantle scaffolding, ladders, platforms, and temporary enclosures while working on multi-level structures and floor openings. • Transport materials, measure, cut, fabricate, place, and secure formwork, pour and finish concrete, and perform tasks such as patching, jackhammering, and applying coatings. • Additional duties include flagging, watchman responsibilities, light chipping, cleanup, and general material handling. Operator The key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Perform pre- and post-operation inspections, routine maintenance, and cleaning of equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. • Operate various equipment, including forklifts, cranes, and hoists, following safety standards and signal instructions. • Continuously monitor equipment condition, clean tracks or wheels, and use blocks and outriggers to prevent capsizing when lifting heavy loads. Brick Mason The key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Interpret construction plans, measure distances, and determine material requirements to ensure accurate masonry work. • Mix and apply mortar, lay bricks or blocks, cut and shape materials, and install decorative or structural masonry elements. • Repair and restore masonry structures, check alignment and stability, clean excess mortar, and seal surfaces for a polished finish. All field employees will need to successfully complete a background check, standard drug test, and post-hire physical.
