Masonry Laborer - Restoration

Building Restoration Corporation is a locally owned Minnesota based company, with branches in Minneapolis/St Paul, Madison, Wi and Rochester, MN. BRC performs maintenance and restoration primarily on brick and stone buildings. We take pride in our ability to restore and repair buildings using quality masons and matching materials that will live up to the original historical quality standards. We are looking for eager, qualified, experienced individuals to grow with our expanding company. We have been providing quality service for 40 years. Qualified candidates will be able to skillfully and safely perform work scopes required in the specialty trade of building restoration. We are a high performance crew that focuses on commercial projects and historic buildings, primarily off boom lifts, swing stages, ladders and scaffolding. Position involves physical labor in outdoor conditions at construction projects. They may operate a variety of hand and power tools, clean and prepare sites, erect scaffolding, clean up debris, and remove waste materials. We are looking for experienced staff to join our local and traveling crews. Performs a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor in construction projects Performs grinding, tuckpointing, caulking, and/or other masonry tasks. Uses equipment and tools properly and safely to perform basic construction tasks Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule. Ability to work safely on scaffold and swing stages at various heights Ensures that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed Some knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials & supplies used in construction work required.
