Site Construction Director

Senior Site Construction Leader As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading daily site construction work efforts to ensure the crew meets production goals determined by leadership. This is an exciting opportunity to join us as a Senior Site Construction Leader where you will oversee daily operations and quality of work performed at assigned sites. As a key leader within our team, your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities: • Understand and implement industry safety standards and regulations. • Evaluate and maintain safety requirements at sites and with the crew. • Implement and follow through with job instructions provided by leadership. • Compile all site-specific closeout documentation for work efforts. • Upload closeout documentation to customer interfaces. • Coordinate with customer representatives for site-related activities and maintain good working relationships. • Provide leadership and actively train/promote learning to all crew members. • Ensure equipment and vehicles are in operational condition. • Validate daily timesheets for management. Qualifications: • Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols. • Proven track record of completing work with high quality. • Experience with hands-on problem-solving. • Long-term project experience preferred. • Collaborative team player. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • At least 5 years of industry experience necessary. • Expertise in construction skills, rigging, safety, and general industry knowledge. • Working knowledge of safety standards and regulations. • Relevant certifications (First Aid, Safety, Rescue) beneficial. • Organizational, computer, and communication skills essential. • Able to read and interpret site plans, RFDS, construction drawings, and SOW. • Valid driver's license and driving record meeting company policy conditions. • Ability to climb towers, lift 50 lbs., and work up to 12 hours.
