Concrete Restoration Foreman

We’re currently seeking an experienced Restoration Project Foreman to lead daily field operations across a variety of heavy civil construction projects, with a specific focus on concrete restoration. Position Description As a Project Foreman, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing daily construction tasks at the crew level while promoting a safe, productive, and high-quality work environment. You will serve as a critical link between field execution and project leadership, working hands-on with your crew approximately 80% of the time. You will be directly involved in concrete restoration activities such as chipping, patching, coating, and repairing structural elements including pavement, beams, and walls. This role requires hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to guide crews in delivering high-quality restoration work that meets project specifications. Key Responsibilities • Lead and mentor crews on construction activities including concrete restoration, earthwork, utility piping, and structural concrete. • Plan daily and weekly tasks and assign responsibilities to crew leads. • Monitor safety, productivity, and quality; adjust field plans as necessary. • Serve as the point of contact for jobsite communication with supervisors, vendors, and inspectors. • Help coordinate resources such as tools, materials, equipment, and subcontractors. • Model professional conduct and enforce company safety standards. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, with specific experience in concrete restoration techniques. • Proven leadership in coordinating field operations and managing crews. • Strong working knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and production practices. • Effective communication and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with jobsite safety protocols and risk mitigation. • Prior experience as a Crew Lead or Assistant Foreman. • Experience working across multiple trades and leading small teams. • Ability to manage small projects with limited supervision. Preferred Qualifications • OSHA 10 or 30 certification. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
