This opportunity includes job placement as soon as training has been completed, with competitive pay and room for growth. The unions will assist with job placement. Downtime is less than 2 weeks. You will be immediately employed with full benefits for you and your family at $17/hour to $35/hour depending on prior experience and the customized construction trade you choose. There is room and opportunity for continuous growth. You will be evaluated every six months. If all benchmarks of your progress and normal everyday responsibilities are achieved you will be given direct entry into a union or non-apprenticeship program.
