SCOTT FENNELL INC (DBA Lighthouse Technologies) is seeking an experienced Telecom Construction Supervisor. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of cable and fiber installation industry. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day field operations for your assigned team of technicians and contract partners. As a Telecom Construction Supervisor, you will be expected to uphold the company's principles including integrity, quality, teamwork, and client experience always. This position will require consistent travel with all travel expenses paid for by SCOTT FENNELL INC (DBA Lighthouse Technologies). Responsibilities: This position is responsible for the following tasks: • Supervising local individuals or contractors as determined by local management. • must have 2-3 years of cable experience • The Telecom Construction Supervisor will have direct contact with the local MSO, our customer. It is important that these relationships are maintained and developed. • Managing day-to-day field operations for an assigned team, communicating with other members of local support staff, and resolving issues. • Ensuring that Scott Fennell INC is in compliance with all field related performance metrics. • Enforce client safety practices by completing random safety site inspections. • Perform other duties as assigned. Physical Demands: • Frequent walking, standing, sitting within the work area • Must be able to lift/push/pull/carry 80-100 lbs • Must be comfortable with heights up to 28 feet • Ability to effectively communicate with employees, management, peers, etc. • Must be able to work in various weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, and dry) • Ability to work in a confined space and at high elevations (poles, hydraulic lift buckets, ladders) • Must be able to work in a loud, noise-filled environment out in the field #PM23
