Your journey to a meaningful career starts with ZF LIFETEC General Summary: Under general supervision applies advanced skills in the machining, fabrication, and/or assembly of prototypes, component parts, spares, process equipment, etc. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: + Sets up and operates a variety of machining tools such as lathes, milling machines, and precision grinders to make parts, mechanisms, tools, or machines to exacting tolerances and dimensions. + Interprets blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications; determines sequence of operations, and method of setup. + Uses a variety of machinist’s hand tools and precision measuring instruments. + Makes standard shop computations, including trig, relating to dimensions of work, tooling, feeds, and speeds. + Measures, marks, and scribes dimensions and reference points to lay-out stock for machining. + Fits and assembles precision parts into mechanical equipment and determines material, parts, and equipment required. (Some machines may be numerically controlled.) + Familiar with G&M, Conversational, FactoryTalk, or other NC programming software. + Can work on previously programed CNC jobs under minor direction. Abilities: Mill and lathe experience, PC literate. Must be able to pass Hazardous Materials Training class. Education/Experience: High School Diploma/GED and apprenticeship or machine tool certification program. Minimum 4 – 7 years related experience or combination of formal education and experience of which 3 years hands on experience is required and demonstrated proficiency. Physical Requirements: Must be able to repeatedly push, pull and lift 40 lbs. From floor to above shoulders. CNC Machinist

JOB ORDER POSTED IN CONNECTION WITH THE FILING OF A CONCURRENT APPLICATION FOR H-2B WORKERS. Cook. The St. Regis Aspen Resort (Aspen Colorado). 10 openings. Temporary, F/T job from 10/01/2025 -- 04/15/2026. Min. 35 hours/week. Shifts: 6:00AM -- 2:30PM; 9:00AM -- 5:30PM; 2:30PM -- 11:00PM; 10:30PM -- 7:00AM. (5 rotating days including weekends). Duties: Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food. Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables. Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients. Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist. Prepare cold foods. Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers. Test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently. Monitor food quality while preparing food. Set-up and break down workstation. Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles. Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, and equipment. Check and ensure the correctness of the temperature of appliances and food. Other related duties. Requirements: One year related experience required. Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
