What You’ll Be Doing: • Setting up machines to start a production cycle. • Determining the fixtures, attachments, and tools necessary to complete jobs according to specifications and mount them to machine prior to beginning cutting. • Feeding raw material or parts to semi-automated machines. • Bonding magnetic components in specific orientations to a range of substrates. • Inspecting parts with precision measuring tools. • Inspecting finished products for accuracy and uniformity to ensure product quality and uphold company reputation. • Maintaining machine production logs. • Performing daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks to ensure machine longevity, including but not limited to lubrication, cleaning, as well as coolant and tool replacement. • Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. • Other Duties as assigned.
